This duplex is an ideal home-away-from-home stay for a family, a group or avid kite surfers. The complex is in close proximity to night life, great restaurants, pubs and other amenities including shops and the popular Bayside shopping mall to cater for your everyday needs. The MyCiTi bus route pick-up and drop-off points are within walking distance.

The duplex can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite. The second bedroom contains a double bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath and handheld shower attachment, a toilet, and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge features a smart TV featuring internet browser and is logged into a Netflix account that is at the disposal of the guests.

You will be in awe of the amazing sunsets, sipping on your favourite beverage either on the balcony or front garden. At night you can fall asleep to the sound of the ocean.

A remote controlled garage as well as an extra parking bay is available within the secure complex.
