The accommodation features 4 units, The Cottage and Table View House – Private. The 4 units each comprise a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Other facilities feature Wi-Fi, a TV with DStv and a kitchenette with basic heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery.
The Cottage is an open-plan unit with a semi-private area for the bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Other facilities feature Wi-Fi, a TV with DStv, a lounge with a sleeper couch for 2 children only, a dining area and a kitchenette. Table View House – Private is suited for 4-6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms both with showers. The living area is open-plan and features a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, water filter, coffee maker, microwave, sufficient cooking utensils, washing machine and dishwasher as well as a dining area and a lounge featuring a TV with DStv, Wi-Fi as well as outside is a verandah.
Guests have access to braai facilities and Wi-Fi and are invited to relax around the swimming pool. Allocated parking bays are outside the premises, however, this is safe and acceptable to many in the Cape region.
Table View Lodge is located 1.8 km from the famous Kite Beach to enjoy spectacular views and white sandy beaches. Table View Lodge is just 30 minutes from Cape Town city centre and the V&A Waterfront. Guests can hop onto a MyCiTi bus, located just 100 m walk from the house, to the city bowl, the airport, or even further up the West Coast to Melkbosstrand.

Table View House – Private is suited for 4-6 guests and features 3 bedrooms all comprising 2 single beds that can be converted into king-size beds, a private office area and 2 bathrooms with showers. The living area is open-plan and features a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, water filter, coffee maker, microwave, sufficient cooking utensils, washing machine and dishwasher as well as a dining area and a lounge featuring a TV with DStv and Wi-Fi. Outside is a verandah with a seating area and guests have access to the communal swimming pool. The house is part of the Table View Lodge however it is an entirely private front and back garden along with a driveway for space for 3 medium cars. The entire house is privately enclosed and therefore we allow visitors travelling with pets by prior arrangement

Ons het glad nie ‘n goeie ervaring van Table View Lodge gehad nie. Daar was ‘n semi permanente gas wat van Vrydagaand af heeltyd by die swembad gesit en drink en rook het. Ons kon net met kort rukkies swem, aangesien ek nie my kind gaan blootstel aan ‘n drink man nie. Saterdagmiddag het daar mense met honde kom swem, die swembad was vol hondehare. Die kragproppe in die kas is los, so die kragdraad is oop aan die kant. Die verblyf self was nie sleg nie, dit was net alles rondom die verblyf wat sleg was, en dus sal maak dat ons nie weer daar bly nie.

Ons is vriendelik ontvang. Was 15 dae daar. Ek voel skoonmaak van kamer en uitgooi van asblikke was te min. En daar is nie besem om self gou uit te vee nie. Opwasvaddoeke bietjie oud en stukkend. Water van wasbak in badkamer nie uitgeloop. Was vuil onder indrukprop. Een oggend was daar nie water vir toilette nie. Met aankoms was daar nie juis breekware. Ek is gevra om te kyk wat kort ons. Afdroograk in kombuis is geroes. Ek het skottelgoed op ‘n vadoek laat droog word i.p.v op rakkie. Wil net byvoeg as ons gevra het vir iets is dit gereël en gedoen. Almal vriendelik en hulpvaardig.

Die plek was skoon, die stoofplate geroes (maar het dit nie gebruik nie). Net die toaster en 1 koppie en 2 bordjies gebruik. Die badkamer se toiletsitplek was net iets mee fout. Toe my man toilet toe gegaan het, het die deksel afgeval toe hy dit oplig. Verder geen klagtes nie. Skoon en netjies.

Kamer was nog nie gereed toe ek arriveer. Admin was nie gedoen toe ek arriveer. Kantoor-area word gebruik vir stokperdjie be-oefening, nie te professioneel nie. Nooit weer iemand gesien van die lodge vir die tydperk daar nie. Straatparkering al is daar binne parkering beskikbaar.

Vriendelike ontvangs gehad. Skoon gerieflik en veilige parkering. Is goed geleë naby strand en eetplekke. Het uit hulle pad gegaan om te help met sak wat agter gebly het, terug te stuur.

Dit was ‘n kort verblyf, dus kon ons nie regtig enige klagtes of tekortkominge vir die 2 dae ervaar nie. Was dankbaar vir die goed wat ons egter daar vergeet het, deur hul herinner te word voordat ons te ver weg was dit te kon gaan afhaal. Dankie by voorbaat.

Ons het die verblyf baie geniet. ‘n Paar punte wat egter gepla het, soos geen binneparkering, motor moet buite in straat staan. Eienaar was baie paranoïes oor betaling vooruit, selfs voordat ons daar aangekom het en dan het hy die vereistes ook verander van EFT na Kontant, en weer terug na EFT. Die positiewe kant is dat die kamer baie lekker ruim is en die erf met swembad baie netjies en wel aanbeveelbaar.

Baie vriendelike ontvangs gehad. Lekker sentraal geleë. Wooneenheid daagliks skoongemaak behalwe Sondae en publieke vakansiedae. Eenheid is goed toegerus vir selfsorg. Al wat ek gemis het is die beperkte TV-kanale aangesien ek baie tyd in die woonheid-eenheid spandeer het.

Die verblyf is nie sleg nie. Die parkeerplek is baie ver van die kamers af en alles moet ingedra word. Voertuie staan buite in straat wat dalk ‘n probleem kan wees vir inbrake/diefstal en veral op bakkies ─ die spaarwiele word gesteel. Dit was die eerste selfsorgverblyf waar ons ook ons eie toiletpapier moes voorsien. Dit is ‘n klein ding, maar kan baie ongerieflik wees as jy nie daarvan weet nie (soos in ons geval). Verder is dit nie ‘n slegte plek om te bly nie. Baie sentraal en naby sentrums.

Baie netjiese plek, alles skoon. Die kamer was presies wat ons benodig het. Privaatheid was 100%. Kom en gaan soos ons wil. Baie vriendelike persone aan bestuur. Het twee dae vooruit bespreek en uiteindelik nog drie nagte daar oorgeslaap.
